The company was established based on the combined resources of organizations and individuals in terms of capital, human resources, and management experience in investment, construction, and business operations

Position: Project Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Search for, research, and survey potential investment locations; collect market data; study planning information; develop product concepts; prepare feasibility studies (FS); compile comprehensive analysis and evaluation reports; and propose investment projects for submission to the Company’s Board of Management for approval of investment policies.
  • Identify and work with partners to research potential projects for cooperation, investment transfer, or joint investment; seek investors and strategic partners to attract capital into the Company’s projects. Review, revise, and complete legal dossiers for all projects or investment cooperation in compliance with required procedures and regulations.
  • Prepare dossiers for project proposals and site selection studies; draft proposals for planning spnsorship and hiring consultants (it any)
  • Consolidate corporate information to develop capability profiles for bidding participation and project proposals
  • Prepare bidding documents and project auction dossiers; work with state authorities to obtain Investment Policy Approval Decisions, Bid Award Decisions, or Auction Award Decisions.
  • Develop plans and urge the implement procedures for transferring land use rights and on-land assets; negotiate, mobilize, and pursuade organizations and individuals regarding land and asset transfers
  • Search for, evaluae, and propose the selection of consulting units to carry out legal procedure for LUR and on-land asset transfers, such as Notary Offices, Justice Departments, and Bailiff Offices.
  • Complete procedures for land registration changes and issurance of Land Use Rights Certificates.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to guide and respond to inquiries and petitions from organizations and individuals regarding legal matters of the project related to LUR and on-land asset transfers

Requirements

  • College degree or higher
  • Solid understanding of real estate project legal frameworks, with at least 01 year experience in a similar position
  • Good communicaion and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to convey information effectively
  • Dynamic, proactive, friendly in communication; possessing active listening skills, attentiveness, empathy, and a strong sense of responsility at work
  • Proficient in office software applications
  • Competent in using office equipment
  • Strong analystical skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
