Juvenis Maxime, established in 2020, is an academy specializing in providing high -quality, practical, creative, and engaging career projects related to the Exploration, Orientation, and Development of an international career path for young individuals aspiring to succeed in their future careers. This program is tailored for primary, secondary, and university students. The program will be launched and supervised by a team of foreign experts with extensive practical experience and a highly successful track record in their respective fields.

We are looking for outstanding university students across the following fields: Information Technology, Finance, Business Management & Administration, Marketing, Law, Arts & Design, Health & Behavioral Sciences, Architecture & Construction, Logistics & Supply Chain, Media - Communication & Journalism, Hospitality & Tourism to be our instructor to guide students (primary and secondary school age) in exploring careers, including general knowledge and skill in the corresponding field of profession. Your expertise and experience will help our students understand and pursue their future careers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support primary and secondary-level students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue the related career fields helping them complete a simulated work project
• Use JM’s project curriculum based on the American Career Guidance Program
• Direct the students to practice by leading them through case studies and the app/tool online/offline to have practical experiences
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field
• Encourage active participation in industry-related simulations and role-playing activities
• Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the students’ career exploration journey
• Participate in building up the simple career simulation project
• Participant in the training session led by JM’s Professional mentor tram

Requirements

• University student in 3^rd and 4^th year, or fresh graduates
• Excellent GPA (>3.0/4/0)
• English level: Competent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to assist students in overcoming career-related challenges
• Experience in teaching and training on a project for primary and secondary students is an advantage
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well-being and success of student

Benefits

• Compensation: 200,000 (VND) – 500,000 (VND)/hour

Working hours: No specific commitment required. Flexible schedule based on the instructor’s availability
Work Location: At Partner Schools or Juvenis Maxime Building Office
