Seed Program Internship 2026

Welcome to our 6-month Internship Program at Maersk Vietnam, where we connect talent with opportunity in the dynamic world of logistics! This program is designed to offer aspiring professionals a hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, operational excellence and much more. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside industry experts, tackling real-world challenges and gaining insights into the end-to-end logistics process. From optimizing routes to improving inventory management, you’ll be immersed in projects that drive efficiency and innovation.

Opening positions

1) Customer Experience Intern (Logistic & Supply Chain Management)

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email or chat
• Track and monitor shipments, provding updates to customers as needed
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Maintain and update customer feedback and service perfomance
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes
• Join projects assigned by the Manager

2) Transport Operation Management Intern

• Assist in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Help manage transportation documentation
• Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and relays
• Join projects assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates who can commit to work full-time for 06 months from March 2026
• Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business or any related fileds
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. Candidate who can use another languages (especially Chinese) will have an advantage
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and willing-to-do mindset
