Role overview

We are expanding our engineering team in Vietnam and looking for a Software System Engineer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the smart building and AIoT industry

Key responsibilities

System Integration and Deployment

• Assist in deploying, configuring and maintaining DeltaFrontier solutions at client sites
• Support integration with IoT devices, sensors, turnstiles, access control systems, and building automation platforms
• Help troubleshoot system issues, analyze logs, and support performance optimization
• Provide basic technical support during on-site or remote deployments

AIoT and Data Analytics Support

• Assist in processing workspace and IoT data to support analytics and reporting
• Work with senior engineers to apply machine learning insights to improve system performance and automation workflows
• Help implement features such as facial recognition, predictive alerts, and occupancy intelligence

Security and Platform Reliability

• Follow secure coding practices and support testing for security vulnerabilities
• Assist in implementing authentication, access control, and data protection protocols
• Contribute to efforts that ensure platform reliability, performance and scalability

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with product managers, senior engineers, and designers to understand feature requirements
• Participate in agile development processes including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and code reviews

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, system engineering, or system integration
• Fresh graduates with strong academic or project experience in AI/IoT/Smart building technologies are encouraged to apply
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end or back-end development (JavaScript, Node.js…)
• Understanding of APIs, cloud platform, and database concepts
• Exposure to AI/ML, LLM or data analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to learn new engineering tools quickly (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Eager to learn and grow in the AIoT and smart workplace domain
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative

• Working days: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
• Annual leave: 12 days for employees with less than 02 years of service, plus 01 additional day per year from 02 to under 05 years, and 16 days for 05 years or more
