Position: Operation Intern

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the General Director on factory operations and process improvement projects
• Support data collection and analysis related to production performance
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate with various departments to track progress and ensure timely reporting
• Participate in internal meetings and prepare operational reports

Key qualifications and skills

• Undergraduate student (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields)
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
• Eager to learn and interested in manufacturing operations
• Working period: 03 months
