1. Project Documentation Staff

Job description

• Implement and manage project documentation, including:
• Legal documents: licenses and related papers
• Technical documents: drawings, technical explanations, construction methods, acceptance records
• Contract documents: quotations, economic contracts, appendices and payment files
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Technical, Legal, Business) to prepare and complete documents
• Update, store, and manage documents according to company regulations
• Support other project-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Quantity: 02
• College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Construction or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Skilled in drafting, synthesizing and managing documents
• Logical, careful and meticulous
• Experience in project documentation is an advantage (training will be provided if needed)

2. Sales Staff

Job description

• Consult and close sales contracts for solar products and systems
• Search for and advise customers on solar energy installation solutions
• Finalize retail contracts and follow up on installation projects

Requirements

• Quantity: 10
• Priority for candidates with sales experience in electrical products or solar systems
• Proficient in computer and office software
• Good communication and health

• Salary: 8-20 million VND/month + attractive commissions based on sales and projects

3. Electrical Engineer

Job description

• Participate in construction of solar power systems at project sites
• Survey construction sites as required
• Design 2D and 3D drawings for projects
• Calculate material quantities for installations

Requirements

• Quantity: 20
• Male, 18 years or older
• Priority for those with experience in electricity or solar power
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design software

4. Construction Engineering Staff

Job description

• Participate in construction and installation of solar power systems
• Prepare materials and equipment for project sites
• Install PV panels, inverters and wiring systems

Requirements

• Quantity: 50
• Male, 18 years or older
• Priority for those with experience  in electrical or construction work
• Skilled in using welding, cutting and drilling machines
