Position: Junior Accountant

Scope of work

• Invoice management: Issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Documentation: Maintain and organize financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records
• Data entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software
• Reconciliation: Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Skills and Experience

• Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in Accounting major
• Can communicate in English-speaking environment
• From 6 months experience in related position
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
• Info ERP, Misa knowledge is a plus
• Careful, honest, proactive in work
