Position: Operations Intern

Job purpose

As an Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day logistics and ensure the quality of service for Vespa Adventures tours. You will gain first-hand experience managing itineraries, coordinating teams, and providing a smooth guest experience. This is an ideal position for students who want to learn how to operate in a dynamic travel and hospitality environment

Location: Phuoc Kieng, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh city

Internship duration: 3-6 months (flexible start time)

Main duties

• Supporting daily tour schedule arrangement and confirmation
• Supporting communication between tour guides, drivers and tour coordinators
• Supporting equipment inventory management and maintenance monitoring
• Monitoring and supporting the tour quality improvement, as well as the customer feedback collection process
• Supporting documentation, reporting, and internal operating procedures

Requirements

• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
• Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management or related majors
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Word, and basic AI tools
• Have English communication skills (from basic to intermediate level)

Position: Marketing Intern

Job purpose

As a Marketing Intern, you will support Vespa Adventures’ brand-building efforts and attract visitors through content, digital channels, and marketing partnerships. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams on various projects

Location: Phuoc Kieng, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City

About the position

As a Marketing Intern, you will support Vespa Adventures’ brand-building activities and attract visitors through content, digital channels, and marketing partnerships. You will work closely with the creative and marketing team on various projects

Main responsibilities

• Support the management of Vespa Adventures’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Participate in content creation (articles, reels, stories, etc)
• Coordinate with photographers, guides, and partners to collect marketing materials
• Support campaign performance monitoring and report synthesis
• Research industry trends and support cooperation with local KOLs or hotels

Requirements

• Desire to learn and develop in the field of marketing
• Currently studying in the following majors: Marketing, Communications, Tourism or related majors
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and visual content
• Knowledge of Canva, social media, google tools, and AI
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic English skills and eagerness to learn
