Intern

Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry – Chemical Engineering, Math – Statistics, Material Engineering, Automation, Foreign Language (Chinese)
  • Intern from Monday to Friday (7:30 – 16:00) at Bien Hoa Factory (Dong Nai)
  • Onboard at the new factory – Chau Duc Site (Ba Ria – Vung Tau) if employed as FTE after internship ends
  • Internship allowance 4,200,000 VND/month
  • Lunch allowance
  • Shuttle bus from school to the company or house rent allowance
  • Professional training related to PCB, can travel to China for training
  • During the internship, if meeting the requirements, can be offered to commit with a 2-year contract the company

Full-time (3-6 months of PCB training, assignment based on skills and preferences)

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, no experience needed
  • Training at Bien Hoa site (Dong Nai) for 3-6 months, officially onboard at Chau Duc site (after 10/2025)
  • Can travel to China for extra training (Fully sponsored by Tripod)
  • English and/or Chinese proficiency are preferred
  • Competitive income
  • House rent allowance of 800,000 VND/month to support special relocations or having shuttle bus for commuting (HCMC – Bien Hoa)
  • Off 2 Saturdays/month
  • 13th-month salary
  • KPI bonus every 6-month (depending on the actual business performance)
