Founded in 2008, Phat Kien Gia Co., Ltd is a leading importer, marketer, and distributor of renowned global food brand in Vietnam. With 16+ years of expertise, we proudly bring products like Tulip (Denmark), Monini Olive Oil (Italy), Parmalat Harvey Fresh (Australia), Aroy-D (Thailand), Ligo and JIF (USA), and more to Vietnamese customers. We are expanding our nationwide distribution network and looking for motivated, sales-driven candidates to join our growing team.

GT Channel Business Development Executive (02 positions)

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the network of distributors and agents nationwide
  • Plan and manage daily sales routes, meeting at least 15 clients/day
  • Implement sales promotions and report results periodically
  • Propose and execute sales strategies by region

Horeca Channel Business Development Executive (02 positions)

Main responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain a strong Horeca customer base (hotels, restaurants, cafes)
  • Build partnerships with F&B chains and key accounts
  • Handle contract negotiations, products trials, and incentive programs
  • Drive sales and ensure target achievement

Modern Trade (MT) Channel Business Development Executive (03 positions)

Main responsibilities

  • Develop the supermarket and modern retail customer network
  • Build strong relationships with category Buyers
  • Negotiate terms, execute promotions, and manage product displays
  • Coordinate internally to ensure delivery, stock, and execution efficiency

Candidate requirements (for all positions)

  • Education: at a College or University in Business, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience: Strong communication, business planning, negotiation, and promotional skills. Prior experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided
  • Attitude: Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about business growth. Not afraid of challenges
  • Foreign language (MT role): English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is an advantage.
