Job description
- Advising leaders on the company’s business strategies
- Developing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and strategies
- Developing quotation templates, configurations, catalogs, and product labels
- Developing strategic reporting forms, business orientations, and implementation plans for the manufacturer
- Supervising and checking the quality of work and products of other departments to provide customers with high-quality services
- Researching and proposing to leader’s business strategies and changes to business strategies to ensure optimal business efficiency
- Researching, proposing and selecting investing partners for joint ventures and partnerships
- Preparing plans for ordering and purchasing equipment to serve the company’s business operations
- Regularly reporting on strategic situations, alternatives, and ways to cooperate with customers
- Researching the market and competitors
- Developing PR and marketing strategies for products according to each stage and target customers
- Develop brand development strategies
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop pricing plans for each type of customer according to each year’s cycle
- Coordinate with the technical department to prepare equipment, confirm time and the equipment installation plan
Job requirements
- Have at least 01 year of experience in the field of medical equipment for aesthetics – ophthalmology or equivalent position
- Male – Female: University graduate majoring in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Electricity – Electronics,…
- Proficient in foreign language communication (English)
- Withstand high-intensity work pressure
- Have teamwork skills, and adapt to multicultural environments
