Position: Draftsman – 05

Job description

• Create technical drawings based on Japanese standards and requirements, including floor plans, wall layouts, ceilings, facades, sections and other construction/installation details
• Responsible for drawing tasks for domestic (Vietnam) projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company and group standards/regulations
• Collaborate with the sales department to exchange and clarify technical information with customers
• Conduct on-site surveys to update drawings and resolve design issues, ensuring construction quality
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Job requirements

• Graduate from a university or college majoring in Construction, Architecture, or a relevant engineering field
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and office software
• Good command or English for daily work (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 02 years of experience in construction-related roles such as design engineering, site supervision, drawing production or cost estimation
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
