Position: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor – Number of openings: 03

Job Description

• Manage and implement activities related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Workplace Hygiene, and Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF) at construction sites, ensuring full legal compliance
• Identify workplace hazards and assess occupational safety risks, then report and propose timely corrective solutions to the Head of HSE at the site
• Inspect and manage HSE records, ensuring workers comply with safety regulations on-site
• Monitor subcontractors’ adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
• Coordinate with site management to conduct regular inspections of construction equipment and machinery
• Perform tasks as assigned by the HSE Department
• Submit progress reports as scheduled or as requested by the Department Head
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect required documentation or information for safety assessments

Work schedule: Based on construction project timelines

Requirements

• Male candidates only
• At least 01 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields
• Honest, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and highly responsible
