MAERSK INTERNSHIP 2025 – SEED PROGRAM (SECOND INTAKE – START IN SEPTEMBER 2025)
Welcome to our 6-month internship program at Maersk Vietnam, where we connect talent with opportunity in the dynamic world of logistics. This program is designed to offer aspiring professionals a hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, operational excellence and much more. Throughout the program, you will work alongside industry experts, tackling real-world challenges and gaining insights into the end-to-end logistics process. From optimizing routes to improving inventory management, you will be immersed in projects that drive effectively and innovation.
Position: Customer Experience Intern (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) – 09
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes
- Join projects assigned by the Manager
Position: Transport Operation Management Intern – 04
- Assisting in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Help manage transportation documentation
- Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays
- Join projects assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates who can commit to work full-time for 06 months from September 2025
- Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance or any related fields
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. Candidate who can use another language (especially Chinese) will have an advantage
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and willing-to-do mindset
