Position: Account receivable Accountant

Key aspects of activity

Account receivable (80%)

• Issue invoices, draft invoices to customers daily
• Follow-up payments from local customers: sending Statement, invoices to customer, follow up payments
• Follow and update incoming payments daily
• Issue console invoice to Oversea company (once a month)

Account payable & stationery order (10%)

• Ad-hoc tasks: input 3^rd party invoices in SAP

Receptionist (10%)

• Receptionist: receive phone calls and letters, welcoming guests,…
• Stationery management

Requirements

• Graduated University/College, with 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Have knowledge in accounting
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Account receivable. Experience form Forwarding is highly appreciated
• Good computer literacy
• Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
• Hard-working, diligent and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
