Established in 2017, KTest is founded by scientists in the field of Molecular Biology and Genetics, with a strong focus on sequencing technologies and data analysis, over the years, we have partnered with researchers and enterprises across Vietnam to successfully implement advanced sequencing technologies including Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Nanopore Sequencing, Sanger sequencing, Real-time PCR, and sequencing data analysis.

Position: Business and Marketing Executive – 01

Job descriptions

Sales responsibilities

• Conduct market research on competitors, products, and customers
• Identify and approach new potential clients while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Advise customers on appropriate services and introduce company offerings
• Provide customer support and follow-up
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader

Marketing responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities as planned
• Manage content and visual across company platforms: Website, Facebook, and other social media
• Design basic promotional materials
• Write product descriptions and branding content
• Participate in advertising campaigns across digital platforms
• Update and maintain product visuals
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the team leader

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Prior experience and basic design skills are preferred
• Honest, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team and handle work pressure
• Willing to travel for business when required
