Position: Customer Service Officer
Job description
- Working hours rotate 03 shifts according to the company’s schedule: Morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00; Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00; Evening shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (Average 40 hours/week)
- Maintain and monitor network services provided by KDDI Group to customers
- Troubleshoot incidents that occur with customers’ network lines
- Report to customers about the status of the service
- Contact and cooperate with global network partners to troubleshoot problems for customers
- Provide solutions to improve and enhance service quality
Working location: 5th Floor, QTSC Building 9, Road No.3, Quang Trung Software Park, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Income: About 450 USD (basic salary + shift allowance)

Position: Network Engineer
Job description
- Working hours rotate 03 shifts according to the company’s schedule: Morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00; Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00; Evening shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (Average 40 hours/week)
- Responsible for surveying, setting up, checking, and maintaining customer network lines
- Responsible for L1/L2/L3 IP, annual, QOS testing plans, and meeting KDDI network system standards
- Technical support for Network Operations and Cloud Services Monitoring the status and quality of customer network lines globally
- Contacting and connecting with partners (network operators globally) to handle network problems for customers
