Job descriptions

JM is looking for outstanding university students majoring in Architecture – specializing in Regional and Urban Planning to join our team as instructors for students in the career exploration program

• Guide and support students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue Architecture – specializing in Regional and Urban Planning, helping them complete a simulated work project
• Participate in training sessions led by JM’s team of mentors
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field
• Encourage active participation in industry-related simulations and role-playing activities
• Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the students’ career exploration journey

Job requirements

• Junior, Senior university students or recent graduates majoring in Architecture, Regional and Urban Planning, or Urban Design
• Passionate and knowledgeable about urban space design, transportation, landscape, and sustainable development
• Outstanding GPA (>8.0/10)
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convey information effectively
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support student learning
• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching-related fields is a plus
• Empathetic and genuinely committed to students’ growth and success

Benefits

• Compensation: 80,000 VND – 120,000 VND/hour
