Job description

• Seeking outstanding university students or graduates majoring in Law to join their team as instructors for students in the career exploration program
• Guide and support students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue Law, helping them complete a simulated work project
• Participate in training sessions led by JM’s team of mentors
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field
• Encourage active participation in industry-related simulations and role-playing activities
• Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the student’ career exploration journey

Job requirements

• Junior, Senior university students or recent graduates majoring in Law
• Passionate and knowledgeable about economic law, civil law, criminal law and labor law
• Outstanding GPA >8.0/10
• Strong English proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convey information effectively
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support student learning
• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching-related fields is a plus
• Empathetic and genuinely committed to students’ growth and success
