Position: Process Technician – PPE

Job description

  • Control and report on the status of machinery/equipment, replacement materials, according to the operation plan
  • Prepare and test machinery/equipment at the beginning of production hours
  • Update checklist
  • Maintain machinery, equipment, and jigs to ensure stable operation during the production process
  • Manage machinery, equipment, and tools in the assigned area
  • Handle problems arising on the line during the production process
  • Control budgets and KPIs of the technical department
  • Implement detailed operational plans of the technical department
  • Maintain machinery, equipment, and jogs on the line according to the plan
  • Monitor the life span and control spare materials and equipment coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems arising on the production line
  • Coordinate with other Departments/Divisions to ensure equipment quality
  • Implement and control 5S in the area of responsibility
  • Participate in improving performance, productivity, and product quality
  • Report on issues arising and work progress to superiors
  • Understand and properly implement occupational safety at work
  • Understand technical standards, processes and product characteristics in the area you are in charge
  • Comply with the company’s regulations

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Can work night shifts
  • Have a basic knowledge of electricity and automation: recognize PLCs, sensors and motors
  • Basic PLC programming (Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi…)
  • Programming C/C++ and Python for machine-system communication
  • Maintenance, incident analysis, and advance mechatronic improvement

Position: Technical staff – PE

Job description

  • Installation of electrical equipment in the factory system
  • Review and classify OK – NG materials
  • Reuse materials for projects, maintenance and repair
  • Perform cleaning and inspection of machinery according to the plan assigned
  • Manage tools and equipment used by the group
  • Implement 5S – 3D in the work area
  • Report on issues and work progress to the direct manager
  • Complete assigned tasks

Position: Maintenance staff

Job description

  • Check and operate all machinery, equipment, and technical systems, including electrical cabinets, generators, refrigeration systems, fire protection systems, water supply, and drainage systems
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot damaged machinery and equipment
  • Periodically check the electrical and water systems to prevent leaks and fire risks
  • Check and record the status of fire extinguishers according to fire protection regulations
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair work of contractors to ensure labor safety and fire protection
  • Perform technical and utility work in the office
  • Perform support work, and provide other assistance when needed

Requirements

  • College degree or higher in Civil Electricity, Industrial Electricity
  • 01 year or more of experience
  • Careful, diligent, willing to learn
  • Basic English
  • Can work shifts as arranged by management
