- Academic Coordinator (Part-time/Full-time)
Job responsibilities
- Design and develop courses tailored to students’ needs, levels, and learning goals
- Advise customers on curriculum, teaching methods, and learning paths
- Monitor class progress, evaluate teaching quality and learning effectiveness, and gather feedback from students and teachers to adjust content when needed
- Prepare periodic reports on teaching quality and learning outcomes, , propose improvements to enhance training effectiveness
- Build and implement student assessment and testing systems
- Coordinate closely with teachers and other departments to ensure training quality and service standards
Working hours
Part-time: Minimum 20 hours/week
- Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 17:00
- Evening shift: 17:00 – 21:00
Full-time: 13:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour break from 17:00 – 18:00)
Requirements
- Final-year student or graduate in Pedagogy, English Language, or Education (priority)
- English proficiency B2+ (IELTS ≥6.5 or TOEIC ≥800)
- Experience in education/training is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving

- Part-time: From 3,600,000 VND/month (based on capacity and hours)

2. English Teacher (Online)
Job responsibilities
- Teach 1-on-1 online English classes following the provided curriculum and learning roadmap
- Design lesson plans, homework, and supplementary materials tailored to each course
- Ensure lesson progress and output quality meet commitments to students
- Record, evaluate, and report student performance periodically
- Grade assignments/test and prepare teaching materials/tools
- Collaborate with academic, customer care, and administrative teams
- Participate in professional meetings and training to improve teaching quality
- Propose and apply innovative teaching methods (with management approval)
Working time
- Flexible schedule based on teacher’s availability
- Priority for evening and weekend availability
Requirements
- English proficiency IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEIC ≥ 800 (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Pedagogy, or Translation/Interpretation
- Clear pronunciation, strong grammar, and good speaking/listening skills
- Online or classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and student engagement skills
- Must have standard teaching equipment: laptop/PC with camera, noise-canceling microphone headset, ,stable internet (with backup plan)
