HR Supervisor (Chinese-speaking)

• Organize and implement HR training plans
• Manage and update compensation, benefits, and employee welfare policies
• Develop and evaluate internal management systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Support internal audit-related tasks
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing); English proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and typing
• 5-7 years of experience in HR & Administration
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, insurance, and tax regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and task management skills
• Able to work under pressure and travel to China/Taiwan

Smart Manufacturing Supervisor (Chinese-speaking)

• Develop and deliver training programs for production procedures and technical standards
• Assign tasks, monitor production progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure productivity
• Supervise production lines, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, and improve processes
• Coordinate with QA to ensure product quality and process control
• Collect and analyze production data to generate reports and propose improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields
• At least 01 year of relevant experience
• Experience with AGV and equipment digitization
• Proficient in English or Chinese
• Familiar with control systems like DCS, SCADA, EAP, MCS, etc
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Willing to travel to China for training

Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Monitor and ensure quality during production, track specifications and product handling
• Operate and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems
• Conduct production audits to ensure compliance with standards
• Support process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or related Engineering (STEM fields)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the PCB industry
• Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
• Familiar with IPC standards and international certifications (IATF – 16949, QC080000)
• Proficient in SPC, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, MS Office, and Minitab
• Willing to travel to China/Taiwan for business

Chinese Interpreter

• Train with engineer to gain knowledge and effectively translate PCB technical terms
• Handle documentation and assist with interdepartmental communication
• May be promoted to engineer-interpreter role based on performance, with corresponding benefits

• College degree or higher in Foreign Languages
• Fluent in Chinese (all 4 skills)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing
• Willing to travel to China/Taiwan
• Quick learner, able to work under pressure

Work location: Both Bien Hoa and Chau Duc factories

IT Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot video conferencing systems
• Manage antivirus software and resolve computer hardware/software issues
• Monitor wiring and electrical work

• College degree or higher, preferably in IT
• 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Fluent in English or Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel for training
