Role overview
They are seeking a junior Sales & Marketing Executive with a technical background to support their sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of working experience and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. You will assist in managing client accounts, supporting business development, and executing marketing strategies for their AIoT solutions
Key responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
- Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunity
- Participate in client meetings, gathering requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
Sales & Technical support
- Understand and communicate DeltaFrontier’s a lot solutions to clients with confidence
- Work alongside the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new industry trends related to smart buildings, AI, and IoT
Marketing support
- Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and event coordination
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights
- Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience: 01 year or fresh graduator of working experience in a sale, marketing or technical support role. Internships or project experience in relevant industries are also considered
- Technical mindset: Interest or exposure to technologies like AI, IoT, smart buildings or automation systems
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative

- Working days: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 – 18:00
