About the Internship

Daka Law LLC offers an opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in corporate legal work. Interns will work directly under the supervision of experienced lawyers in a professional and challenging legal environment

Job description

  • Receive training and guidance in drafting corporate legal advice (structure, document research, legal reasoning)
  • Support in preparing legal service documents for corporate clients, including drafting standard forms and reviewing legal documents
  • Research and summarized new points in relevant legal regulations and documents
  • Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned

Candidate requirements

  • Quantity: 02 (01 male, 01 female)
  • Target: 3rd or 4th-year students majoring in Economic Law, Civil Law, or related fields
  • Commitment: Minimum internship duration of 03 months, with at least 07 sessions per week (clearly indicate availability: morning/afternoon by day)
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word; Meticulous, disciplined, and proactive in learning
  • Priority given to candidates who: Have experience writing legal articles or research papers; Have joined academic or law clubs
  • Possess strong document search and analysis skills

  • Proposed internship topic or idea (state scope and practical relevance)
  • 3-year personal plan (work-study-life) with specific milestones

3) Attached works: Legal articles, research papers, or academic achievements (it any)
