Job description

For the position of Drawing Approval Officer

• Deploy and complete Approval drawings and bidding drawings for each projects as required by superiors
• Meet the schedule, plan, and quality as required by the project
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly work to the Team Leader/Department Head as required
• Responsible for assigning work to the Team Leader/Department Head
• Job requirements: Perform 3D modeling and perform drawings for customers

For the position of Structural Design Staff

• Perform structural design
• Perform detailed quotation issuance
• Consult design options when requested by customers
• Handle and propose technical issues regarding production, assembly, and 3D model implementation
• Perform drawings for customers
• Perform production drawings and B.O.M
• Perform cutting plan drawings for materials
• Perform construction assembly drawings
• Calculate estimates, calculate auxiliary materials for production and construction
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

For Quantity Surveying Staff

• Calculate volume and make quotations according to customer drawings
• Calculate architectural and make ATAD design quotations
• Calculate volume for ordering
• Calculate volume and control arising issues during project implementation
• Prepare bidding documents
• Calculate volume for payment and settlement

General requirements

Qualification: university degree or higher in Engineering, Construction

• Proficient in office computer, drawing, and reading skills
• Good English reading and communication skills
