Program Overview

The Management Trainee 2025 program is designed to develop future leaders in various fields within the company. It offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in a variety of departments. You will have the chance to learn from experts and potentially progress to managerial roles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree graduates, or those with up to 01 year of work experience
• Nationality: Vietnamese
• Academic Requirement: Cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English
• Skills: Leadership qualities, business acumen, and critical thinking
