SIGNING CEREMONY OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP BETWEEN THE FALCUTY OF INDUSTRY ART AND MEMETOON ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY (KOREA)

On June 14, 2024, at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement and the signing of the Confirmation of Sponsorship for Education took place between the Faculty of Industrial Fine Art and Memetoon Entertainment Company (Korea) representative members of Clip K Studio Co, Ltd in Vietnam

Attending the signing ceremony, from Memetoon Entertainment Company, there was the presence of Mr. Park Seong Kwan – Chairman of the board of Memetoon Entertainment Company (Korea); Mr. Kim Duck Bo – CEO of Memetoon Entertainment Company (Korea); Mr. Kim Boo Hyun – CEO of Memetoon Entertainment (Vietnam) and representative members of Clip K Studio Vietnam Co., LTD.

On TDTU’s side, there was Researcher – Master Hoang Le Duy, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts; Master Le Quoc Bao, Assistant Head of the Student Affairs Department; Master Ly Quoc Binh, Assistant to the Head of the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts and Head of the Graphic Design Department, along with teachers representing the Departments and Students.

Memetoon Entertainment Company is a leading business group in Southeast Asia, operating in the webtoon studio industry, graphic design, comic, and applied artwork in Korea and Vietnam. It wishes to sign an Agreement to cooperate with the School

The two sides signed a cooperation agreement on organizing thematic seminars, deploying tours and career internship programs, Recruitment, using services at the Company/ School, cooperation in training and scientific research, and Scholarships

At the ceremony, a representative of Memetoon Entertainment Company, Mr. Kim Boo Hyun – CEO of Memetoon Entertainment Company, awarded a scholarship worth 200 million to students majoring in Graphic Design from the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts to support the student’s learning activities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts and the students, Researcher – Master Hoang Le Duy – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts, Head of Interior Design, he expressed his thanks and guidance to practical activities agreed upon by both sides in the following school years

At the end of the program, representatives of Memetoon Entertainment Company (Korea) and Clip K Studio Co, Ltd in Vietnam presented meaningful gifts to the teachers and students attending the ceremony.
