Recruitment position: Graphic Designer

Location: Building 678, 67 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at SeedCom, you will play a key role in building and developing brand identity, creating visually appealing designs, and enhancing customer experience. This is a good opportunity for creative professional with a growth mindset who are experimenting and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilties

• Creating visuals: Designing visuals for websites, social media, and marketing materials that enhance brand equity
• Product Photography: Taking detailed product images for marketing materials
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: working with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement designs for marketing campaigns.
• Producing high-quality visuals: Ensuring all visual designs meet quality standards, are on-brand, and appeal to target audiences.
• Design refinement and Iteration: Using user feedback and performance data to improve designs.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously: Ensuring progress and quality of work while working on various projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor of Graphic Design art or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in e-commerce or retail
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinking: Ability to experiment and learn from results, creativity in solving design problems
• Attention to detail: Commitment to creating high-quality, engaging, and brand-appropriate design products
• Experience designing for women or mothers is a plus
• Up-to-date with design trends: Continuously improve design standards and stay current with new trends
