Key responsibility

Learning & Development

• Actively participate in structured training program to develop knowledge in OT/IT systems, networking, and industrial automation
• Shadow experienced engineers to gain practical insights into maintenance processes and OT/IT network infrastructure

Technical exposure

• Assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance of existing OT/IT networks under supervision
• Understand and document the integration of IT systems with operational technology

Project involvement

• Support small-scale projects related to system upgrades, network configuration, or cybersecurity enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of OT/IT systems on business operations

Compliance and best practice

Learn and adhere to company policies, including safety standards and data security protocols

Skill development

• Develop problem-solving and analytical skills by contributing to real-world troubleshooting scenarios
• Home communication and teamwork abilities by engaging with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders

Work location

• Location: Phu My 1 Industrial Zone, Phu My, Ba Ria – Vung Tau (Shuttle services available from Vung Tau, Bien Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
