Selection criteria

• Be a new graduate in 2022-2023-2024 and can start working from 01/2025
• Graduate from University or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience
• Majors: Mechatronics – Automation – Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical engineering – Mechanical power, Electricity – Industrial electricity – refrigeration, Food technology (organic chemistry, food chemistry, microbiology, physical chemistry), Chemical engineering (equipment chemistry, polymer, inorganic chemistry)
• Graduation grade from Good or higher
• English proficiency: TOEIC 500 or higher or IELTS 5.0 or higher or Group B or higher or equivalent

Round 1: Submit CV according to selection criteria

Round 2: take a competency test

Round 3: direct interview

Round 4: professional exercises and presentations

Training roadmap

• First 6 months: participate in direct work in the department with mentors
• Next 18 months: participate in projects to improve, install new, and expand production
• Graduation: graduate from the program and be promoted to a supervisory position
