To prepare suitable personnel for the company’s upcoming development plan 2024-2032, we need to recruit candidates for the following positions: 02 HSE Supervisor Engineers

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Construction safety management
• Implement HSE work at the project according to the company’s HSE management system or according to the customer’s request
• Organize input safety training and safety topics for personnel working at the construction site according to the regulations of the projects and the company
• Organize daily safety meetings
• Implement minutes of inspection of safety conditions at the construction site
• Inspect, monitor, and maintain HSE work at the construction site
• Coordinate with technical supervision and safety supervision of subcontractors to control the issuance of Work Permits
• Coordinate with state inspection teams and customer assessment teams to conduct HSE inspections at the construction site
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve safety issues occurring on the construction site
• Investigate, analyze, and compile statistics on near-incidents/incidents/workplace accidents occurring on the construction site, thereby proposing safety measures to avoid recurrence
• Implement safety measures and programs to improve working conditions on the construction site continuously
• Daily report on the HSE situation on the construction site to the Senior HSE Engineer
• Customer relationship management
• Implement customer relationships according to the rules and standards established by the company, as well as monitor and explain construction supervision
• Prepare project acceptance and handover records
• Resource management
• Participate in courses and self-development programs according to approved plans
• Internal control – system procedures
• Conduct training and guide daily safety inspections for subcontractors and construction workers of the company
• Support the assessment of the safety work of suppliers and subcontractors
• Establish reports on safety and environmental control at projects
• Make recommendations on improving standards and inspection methods
• Improve and develop
• Implement improvements and development according to approved programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Labor Safety or in Construction Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in HSE work in the construction field or related fields (new graduates are accepted)
