Job description

  • Advising and providing legal advice related to the group’s production and business activities in Trade, Land, Construction, Production, Transportation, etc. for the Board of Directors and affiliated units.
  • Reviewing legal contracts and bank guarantee letters
  • Researching, updating and disseminating new legal regulations and policies
  • Performing procedures & legal appraisal of land and real estate leases
  • Understanding of land law, sales, and transfers related to real estate
  • Performing legal procedures related to construction projects
  • Participate in handling contract disputes, land disputes, civil disputes, etc.
  • Represent in litigation at the Police, Courts, and Enforcement agencies
  • Work with local authorities and agencies
  • Research and comment on draft legal regulations
  • Perform other legal work as assigned by the Board of Directors

Job requirements

  • Male, have a university degree or higher in commercial law, civil law, administration law, etc.,. or related majors
  • Experience in corporate law or project law is an advantage
  • Basic English reading comprehension
  • Able to work on business trips to Units under the group as assigned
  • Good moral qualities, honest, truthful, careful, and good-looking
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to prepare documents, and proficiently apply office software, problem-solving and work-solving skills

2.HSE staff (Safety – Environment – Fire and explosion prevention)

Job description

  • Building and improving the management system of labor safety and environmental sanitation
  • Synthesize situation and analyze the causes of labor accidents and occupational diseases, thereby drawing about preventive measures
  • Participate in inspecting compliance with regulations on labor safety, labor hygiene, and fire prevention for Hoa Sen group’s factories
  • Surveys, identify hazards, analyze risks related to labor safety, and propose measures to overcome existing problems in labor safety – hygiene and fire prevention
  • Advise and propose advanced technical equipment and scientific solutions for occupational safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention and fighting
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and periodically report to the Unit Head

Job requirements

  • Gender: Male
  • Qualifications: University degree in engineering, occupational safety environment, etc. or related majors
  • Foreign language: good English is an advantage
  • Certificate: Labor safety or International Labor safety
  • Working at: Hoa Sen Group Building, No. 183, Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Have a minimum of 03 years of experience in the field of occupational safety, environment and fire prevention and firefighting and prevention at industrial factories
  • Master the law on labor safety, environment, and firefighting and prevention
  • Understand ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018.
