Recruitment needs of civil servants in 2024

Ho Chi Minh People’s Radio (VOH) announces the recruitment of civil servants in 2024 as follows:

1. NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES NEEDED FOR THE JOB POSITION

Ho Chi Minh City People’s Radio needs to recruit 12 personnel. In which, the job positions to be recruited are as follows:

For the position of Engineer Grade III, the Station is recruiting 05 Engineers, of which 03 Engineer will work at 03 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, and 02 Engineer will work at the Broadcasting Room, 118/12 Man Thien, Tang Nhon Phu A Ward, Thu Duc City, the recruitment positions priority candidates under 35 years old and in good health         

2. REGISTRATION STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS

Recruitment subjects and standards

• People who meet the following conditions regardless of ethnicity, gender, social class, belief, and religion can register to apply for civil service recruitment
• Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a civil service recruitment registration form
• Have a transparent background
• Have a diploma or training certificate appropriate to the job position applied
• Healthy enough to perform the assigned work

Priority subjects and points in recruiting civil servants

• Heroes of the armed forces, Heroes of Labor, war invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B: 7.5 points added to the results of round 2;
• Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, demobilized professional soldiers, people working in secretarial work which change their profession, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of training for commanders of commune-level military commands of primary military branches who are awarded the rank of reserve officer and have registered for the reserve officer category, children of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, children of people enjoying policies like war invalids, children of war invalids of type B, biological children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, children of Heroes of the Armed Forces, children of Heroes of Labor: 5 points added to the results of round 2;
• People who have completed their military service, the obligation to join the people's police, and youth volunteers: 2.5 points will be added to the results of round 2;
• Trade union officials who have grown up from the grassroots level in the workers' movement: 1.5 points will be added to the results of round 2
• In case the candidate is in multiple priority categories, only the highest priority points will be added to the results of round 2

In case the candidate is not allowed to register for civil service recruitment

• Losing civil act capacity or having limited civil act capacity
• Being prosecuted for criminal liability, currently serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court, are being subjected to administrative measures to be sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school

3. COMPONENTS OF THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

• Applicants submit their application documents directly to the headquarters of the City People’s Voice Radio Station or send them by post, including the following components: 01 Application form according to form No. 01 issued with Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government
• Photocopy of diploma, certificate, and transcript of academic results
• Photocopy of certificate of priority (if any)
• Candidates can only apply for 01 job position because each job position at Radio Station has different standards and conditions, so candidates cannot apply for 02 wishes
• Applicants must fully declare the required contents in the Application Form up to the time of submitting the Form and must be responsible for the accuracy of the contents declared in the form.

 4.RECRUITMENT FORM

The City People's Voice Radio Station recruits civil servants through the following recruitment method:

• Round 1: Check the recruitment conditions in the Application Form according to the job position's requirements. If meeting all requirements, the applicant will participate in round 2
• Round 2: Exam in specialized professional subjects

For the position of Reporter: Practical exam to test the knowledge, skills, professional qualifications, and expertise of the applicant according to the requirements of the job position.

For the position of Translator (Cham, English, French): Practical exam to translate articles and answer questions from Vietnamese to Cham, English, and French. For candidates applying for Cham Translator, English Translator, and French Translator, the Station invites representatives of professional units to come and evaluate

For the recruitment positions of Grade III Engineer, Accountant, Administrative - Office Specialist: Conduct oral interviews to test knowledge about the capacity, professional qualifications, and skills of the candidates

Test content:

30-minute oral exam (candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare, not included in the exam time)

Practical exam: Maximum of no more than 120 minutes for candidates

Score scale (oral exam, practical exam): 100 points.

Time: Expected to be held in October 2024

Location: Ho Chi Minh City People's Radio Station, 03 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

5. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING APPLICATIONS

• Time: The deadline for receiving application documents is 30 days, from September 9, 2024 to 5:00 pm on October 8, 2024 (from Monday to Friday during office hours)
• Location: Candidates submit their applications directly to the Organization – Administration – Management Department, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Radio Station, 03 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1

6. RECRUITMENT FEE

Those who meet the conditions and standards for civil servant recruitment must pay the fee according to the Convocation Notice of the Civil Servant Recruitment Council (based on Circular No. 92/2021/TT-BTC dated October 28, 2021, of the Ministry of Finance regulating the collection rates, collection, payment, management, and use of fees for recruitment, examination for promotion and rank promotion of civil servants and public employees)
