POSITION: PURCHASING STAFF

Job description

Search for new suppliers and evaluate and complete documents according to the company’s procedures
Query RFQ and negotiate prices, handle PR to PO
Handle contract procedures
Monitor the provision of documents
Manage BOM costs and complete quarterly discounts
Support quality assurance in handling irregularities
Responsible for tasks assigned by superiors
Other tasks as required by the Manager

Candidate requirements

Preferably with at least one year of experience in an assistant position or related positions
Graduate from College majoring in Chinese, Business Administration, Commercial Business, Electrical/Electronic Engineering and related fields
Proficient in 4 skills of Chinese
Proficient in office software
Ability to communicate, negotiate, and plan

POSITION: MANAGER MATERIALS PRINCIPLE

Proficient in using Office software
Understanding ERP principles
Candidates with relevant working experience in electronics factories will be given priority
Chinese HSK4 or higher
