Position: Specialist in Planning and Application Design of Shopping Space

Department: Shopping Space Management

Job description

• Collect information on the renovation and decoration of KGMS and report to the head of Planning & Application Design (PAD) to serve in the development of the team’s annual plan
• Plan the layout of the building and plan the space of the self-service area and the rental area (based on the available construction/architectural design drawings of the building)
• Create planning drawings for the locations of hanging signs, POSM, billboards, etc
• Design tables and POSM according to the concept
• Advise the Head of PAD on improving planning and designing the application of KGSM
• Supervise and inspect the construction of related units/contractors by the approved concept and planning drawings
• Directly supervise the construction process of KGMS decoration of assigned projects
• Remind contractors and related units to comply with contracts, and regulations and report to the Head of PAD on arising issues
• Develop policies and procedures for managing shopping spaces and rental areas at Co.op Mart
• Propose to develop and improve policies and procedures for managing KGMS and POSM items at Co.op Marts
• Deploy, train and inspect compliance with issues policies and procedures at Co.op Mart supermarkets
• Check compliance at supermarkets as assigned
