INTRODUCING THE CONTEST

OVERVIEW

The "2024 GAMING INDUSTRY TALENT NURTURE - TOPEBOX ACCELERATOR" contest is a contest to present game ideas for all students of all majors in colleges and universities nationwide.

Are you passionate about starting a business and love the gaming industry? Participate in this competition to showcase your talent and bring unique experiences to the field!

Organizing the contest for the first time, the Organizing Committee hopes to create a challenging, intellectual, and rewarding playground for the school's student community. At the same time, it hopes to form products with creative ideas and create buzz in the field of Education and games in Vietnam.

Competition judges are a team of experienced experts, game developers, or investors in the gaming industry who will evaluate the creativity and innovation of the idea, along with its ability to implement and create innovation differences in the gaming industry.

TOPIC

The theme of creativity and innovation in the competition focuses on exploring new ideas, creating unique and different experiences, and the ability to bring about disruption in the gaming industry. This theme encourages contestants to use their creativity to create unique and highly innovative games.

Under the theme of creativity and innovation, contestants can create games with creative storylines, unique gameplay mechanics, or new approaches to game design. Creative elements may include:

• Using new technology.
• Taking advantage of the interactivity of new platforms such as virtual reality or cross-platform online.
• Demonstrating a groundbreaking ability to combine elements.

Traditional elements with new elements.

WORK

• The winning teams will be awarded prizes and presented to a panel of judges at the GameHub Expo event.

OBJECT

• The contest is open to all university and college students nationwide

RULES

• Students must register to participate in the exam in groups of 3-5 members.
• Groups must have a group name.
• Qualifying round: Groups report online according to the schedule of the Organizing Committee.
• Semi-finals: Evaluated and selected by a panel of expert judges.
• Final round: The expert jury decides the right to participate in the final round.

• First prize: 10,000,000 VND (cash)
• Second prize: 6,000,000 VND (cash)
• Third prize: 4,000,000 VND (cash)

LINE OF EVENTS

SCHEDULE

• Start accepting exams: April 1, 2024
• Deadline for receiving exams: April 30, 2024
• Announcing the Top 5: May 4, 2024
• Contest Finals take place on the same day as GameHub Expo Finals (Top 5 presented at the event to select the Top 3): May 11, 2024
