Eligibility:

  • Must be a Vietnamese national residing in Vietnam
  • Age 18 or older
  • Completed recruitment registration form
  • Clear background
  • Sufficient health for the role
  • Basic IT skills; foreign language proficiency as per job requirements
  • Relevant educational qualifications (see Appendix 1)
  • Foreign diplomas must be recognized and notarized

Exclusions:

  • Individuals with limited or no civil capacity
  • Those facing criminal prosecution or serving sentences

  • Photocopies of ID, diplomas, and certificates
  • Certificate of priority status (if applicable)
  • Photos: 2 color photos (3x4) with name and birth date on the back
  • Envelopes: 3 stamped envelopes with name, address, and contract information

  • Round 1: Eligibility check based on application form
  • Round 2: Interview on specialized skills (30 minutes, 15 minutes preparation)

Scoring: 100-point scale, no review of results

  1. Priority points

Additional points

  • 7.5 points: Heroes of the Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor, and certain war veterans
  • 5.0 points: Ethnic minorities, military personnel, children of veterans, etc
  • 2.5 points: Individuals who have completed military or police service
  • 1.5 points: Trade union leaders from grassroots movements

Notes: Only the highest priority score will be added if multiple categories apply

  1. Point Calculation and Candidate Selection

a) Conditions for Successful Candidates

  • Candidates must achieve an interview score of 50 points or more in Round 2
  • Candidates are ranked based on their total score from Round 2 plus any applicable priority points, listed from highest to lowest within each job position’s quota

b) Tie-Breaking Criteria

  • If two or more candidates have the same total score (including priority points) for the final quota, the candidate with the higher Round 2 interview score will be selected
  • If there’s still a tie, the decision will be made by the head of the recruiting agency

c) Exam Result Policy

  • Candidates who do not succeed in the recruitment will not have their results carried over to future recruitment exams
