The Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni of Ton Duc Thang University organized a sharing session on "Conquering employers."

On April 16, 2024, the Center for Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a sharing session on "Conquering employers." The sharing session is part of a series of skills-sharing activities for students, and it also creates conditions for alums to return to the university to exchange and share knowledge with students while preparing to enter the labor market, stop fluctuations, and equip students with the necessary skills to conquer employers.

Mr. Tang Khac Quy, the Center for Enterprise and Alumni Cooperation director, attended the sharing session. Guests participating in the sharing session: Ms. Nguyen Huynh Thu Truc - Managing Director of ARKKI Vietnam, Master of Public Policy from Fulbright University Vietnam, major in Leadership and Management; Mr. Dong Huu Tien - Chairman of the Board of Members of Yeah1 Publishing Company, Director of Operations of Yeah1 Gaming Company (TDTU Alumni); Mr. Tran Van Tien - Founder of Hanna Ocean Company, has 10 years of experience as a senior manager for domestic and foreign start-ups (TDTU alumni) and the participation of more than 300 University students.

During the sharing session, the guests provided practical guidance to students. They shared how to create a standard checklist of things to do right from the first year to make a personal impression that conquers employers. They also shared interview methods based on behavioral science and the secret to turning your CV into a golden ticket to be selected for the interview round. This practical knowledge is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to conquer employers.
