In preparation for the upcoming peak tourist season, we are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Operations: 02 positions (Full-time/Part-time/Paid Internship)

Accountant: 02 positions (Full-time/Part-time/Paid Internship)

Sales staff: 02 positions (Full-time/Part-time/Paid Internship)

Inbound tour guide: 05 positions (Full-time/Part-time/Paid Internship)

Time:

• Receive documents and Interview: during October
• Start working according to the actual situation

Accountant

• Job description: Bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, checking documents, updating accounting data
• Quantity: 02
• Requirements: graduated or student majoring in Accounting from College – University. Careful, honest, and proficient in using Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Income: 5-10 million, depending on position
• Bonus: quarterly, yearly
• Benefits: Insurance and leave according to state regulations
• Priority: Know basic English, be introduced by Asiana Link staff, or be a former Asiana Link employee

Tour Operator

• Job description: Find partners, coordinate services, quote
• Quantity: 02
• Requirements: Graduated or student majoring in Tourism from Intermediate to University. Careful, honest, know how to use Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc), know basic English
• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Income: 5-10 million, depending on the position
• Bonus: quarterly, yearly

• Priority: Experienced, good communication in English or other foreign languages, introduced by Asiana Link staff or former Asiana Link staff

Tour Sales Staff

• Job description: Search for customers, service consulting, customer care
• Quantity: 02
• Requirements: Graduated or student from College - University. Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (or other languages), progressive, responsible, and knows how to use Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Income: 8 million - 20 million, depending on ability.
• Bonus: According to KPI, customer reviews through reputable channels like Trustpilot.

• Priority: strong background in customer service within the food and beverage, hotel, and tourism industries, along with multilingual connections through former Asiana Link employees

Inbound Tour Guide

• Job description: Tour guide and introduce assigned locations
• Quantity: 05
• Requirements: Have a tour guide card for official positions and students at Tourism schools from College to university for tour assistant positions, apprentices, and interns.
• Priority: Influence many foreign languages, have worked with Asiana Link, or be introduced by Asiana Link staff.
• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.
• Income: 5 - 20 million depending on position and capacity.
• Bonus: Based on customer feedback through reputable review channels like TripAdvisor, Google, and Trustpilot.
• Benefits: Depending on the official position, collaboration, or apprenticeship, there will be appropriate policies.
