• Job information:

Job description:

+ Help translate Chinese for superiors when working with suppliers;

+ Search for suppliers that meet requirements, agree on commercial terms, and negotiate prices; ensure product specifications meet the requirements of the proposing unit and optimize costs;

+ Collect information, synthesize, and report to the Unit Head on issues related to

+ Monitor contracts, approve prices to place orders, track payments to suppliers;

+ Some other assignments will be detailed and discussed during the interview.

Job requirements:

+ University degree in Chinese Language, English Language, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, etc, and other related fields; Fluent in Chinese (HSK5 or higher);

+ No experience required, providing purchase training

+ Confident in communication, careful at work;

+ Have a sense of responsibility and ability to resist high pressure;

+ Skills in synthesizing information and proficiently using computers and office equipment.
