Position: Intern (Chinese - Vietnamese)

1. General information

• Work location: No. 12, Street 1, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and other locations as designated by the company
• Working hours: Minimum 03 days a week (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.), 1.5-hour lunch break (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

2. Job description

• Support Chinese-Vietnamese interpretation in meetings, projects, or as assigned by the company.
• Translate - Interpret documents in Chinese - Vietnamese: Drawings, quotes, contracts, drafting documents, emails, etc., or documents requested by the Board of Directors
• Support translation and problem-solving of other departments such as customer care, and sales related to the use of Chinese
• Other tasks as requested by Management.

3. Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduated from College, University, or higher with a major in Chinese languages, Translator.
• Proficient in Chinese
• Standard voice, agile, honest, enthusiastic at work
• Working hours and assignments are flexible depending on the nature of the job
