JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in product training and business experimentation for corporate customers (B2B) and individuals (B2C).
• Approach and understand customer needs through phone calls, emails, meetings, and discussions, and determine customer needs.
• Support in making strategies, plans, and proposing software solutions.
• Coordinate to solve problems that arise during the consulting and software implementation process.
• Caring, maintaining, and developing relationships with old and new customers.
• Negotiate, be in charge of contracts, and provide customer guidance.

REQUESTS

• Final year students or graduates of colleges/universities with a passion for the business field.
• Have a desire to develop a career in the field of technology product business.
• Good communication, and ability to consult and negotiate.
• Experience in B2B and B2C and IT field is an advantage.
• Have skills in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating work efficiency.
• Agile, dynamic, enthusiastic, and guaranteed working time.
• Have office computer skills, proficient in using MS Excel.
