ABOUT EMERS VIET NAM

Emers Group was founded in 1997. Began in the commodity industry and diversified businesses that include raw material trading, traditional media, digital media, e-literature, PR, sports & event marketing, sports brand distribution (wholesale, e-commerce & retail), and arts & cultural foundation with offices throughout the world. Emers Vietnam is established since 2019, and initially in charge of the NIKE GOLF products-line in Vietnam. From 2020, Emers Vietnam Co. Ltd. has become the official exclusive distributor of Nike Sports & Golf in Vietnam and many ASEAN countries. The business at Emers Vietnam continue to grow and in 2022, we acquired and launched several new brands in Golf such as Waac, G/Fore with a variety of retail stores in HCMC. In 2023, we have just launched a running shoe line - ON Running, a Switzerland brand running shoes and apparel. We are moving fast and excited about the possibilities and growth in the Wholesales / Retail business for Sport fashion.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with E-commerce manager to assist campaign planning on ecommerce platform.
  • Work closely with partners to prepare and implement seasonal/ monthly campaigns and initiatives.
  • Promotion planning & Stock planning monthly/ quarterly to deliver target.
  • Assist in building and developing strong relationship with E-platforms, E-distributor & internal departments.
  • Involve in implementing online marketing activities to strengthen Brand awareness and bring traffic to counters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization.
  • Customer service: handle complaints, request from customer, support live chat and provide product's information.
  • Ecommerce operation: listing new products, support campaign planning.
  • Tracking day to day order - supporting team to proceed order manually from internal system to warehouse.
  • Observe and tracking day to day traffic - digital marketing and setting up website landing pages.
  • Other tasks as directed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is both high-growth and startup in nature.
  • Google skill and Microsoft excel skill.
  • Fluent in English, and good with communication across functions.
