1. Intern Commis - Phòng: Bếp - Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mô tả công việc:

• Chuẩn bị công cụ cho việc chế biến món ăn;
• Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu theo công thức hoặc chỉ đạo của đầu bếp;
• Chuẩn bị đầy đủ gia vị cho chế biến món ăn;
• Chuẩn bị bát, đĩa để đựng và trang trí món ăn;
• Kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên liệu, thực phẩm trước khi sơ chế;
• Sơ chế các nguyên liệu tươi sống, rau củ quả phục vụ cho chế biến món ăn;
• Hỗ trợ bếp chính, đầu bếp trong việc chế biến món ăn;
• Thực hiện công việc chế biến món ăn dưới sự giám sát của phó bếp, tổ trưởng bếp và bếp trưởng;
• Vệ sinh khu vực làm việc, khu vực bếp;
• Vệ sinh công cụ dụng cụ, sắp xếp gọn gàng đúng nơi quy định;
• Vệ sinh tủ đựng thực phẩm, sắp xếp thực phẩm đúng vị trí.

Yêu cầu:

• Nơi làm việc: Bình Thạnh, Thảo Điền;
• Làm việc cuối tuần, ưu tiên nếu xoay được ca;
• Sinh viên năm cuối các ngành liên quan đến nghề bếp cần dấu mộc xác nhận thực tập;
• Siêng năng, chăm chỉ, sẵn sàng học hỏi, trung thực.

2. Intern Server - Position: Operation - Type of job: Full time/Part time

Job description:

• Prepare the cutlery, crockery,… for daily service;
• Set up the table with the Restaurant standard before service time;
• Receive and collect reservation information;
• Understand well the menu to introduce the menu to guests;
• Make sure the restaurant and service station is always clean and tidy;
• Take order for food and beverage with restaurant standard;
• Server food and drinks to the guests with restaurant standard;
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests;
• Clear the table and re-set up the table;
• Reports customer issues to the managers/supervisors;
• Creates positive guest and team interactions, ensures good working relations using a professional and calm manner at all times;
• Check daily reservations and arrange reserve signage;
• Other daily tasks will be share in the interview.

Requirements:

• Working place: Thao Dien, Binh Thanh, District 1;
• Working hour: Can rotate shifts and work on the weekends;
• Education: Last year university student or fresh graduate from Hotel/Restaurant/Tourism and Hospitality management field or equivalent related to F&B industry;
• Basic English;
• Experience in FnB industry is a plus;
• Hard-working, honest, studious, responsibility in work.
