Position: Customer Service Officer (Quantity: 02)

The role involves managing goods from foreign agents, building and maintaining relationships with international partners, and supporting the sales and customer service teams.

Address: 45, street 41, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 (with lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30)
  • Saturday (online at home): 08:00 – 12:00

Job responsibilities

  • Freight forwarding and Logistics services: offer the company’s services to foreign agents and expand connections with international partners in logistic networks
  • Market development: develop the FOB market and support domestic sales by assisting with oversea pricing requirements
  • Negotiation & Coordination:
  • Negotiate prices, services, bookings, and contracts with customers, suppliers, and foreign agents
  • Coordinate with other departments to monitor and update progress on import/export shipments
  • Customer Support: address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing optimal solutions
  • Relationship management: maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and foreign agents
  • Other duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the head department

Job requirements

Education: College or University degree, preferably in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics.

Language Skills: 

  • Proficient in English (4 skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking)
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus

Experience

  • At least 02 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong relationships with foreign customers/partners are an advantage

Skills

  • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and work well in a team
  • Proficient in office software

The role focuses on customer acquisition, service offering, and relationship management withing the logistics industry (sea, air, trucking, etc.)

Customer Acquisition & Development

  • Search for new customers in the logistics sector (sea, air, trucking, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by regularly contacting them to understand their needs

Services Offering & Negotiation: present logistics services to clients and negotiate terms such as prices, ship schedules, and contracts

Customer Support: coordinate with internal departments to address customer requests, complaints, and resolve issues

Collaboration & Goal achievement: Work closely with department members to implement business strategies and achieve set goals

Job requirements

Education: University degree in logistics, Import – Export, Economics, or related fields

Experience

  • Prior experience in telesales or sales within logistics, import – export, real estate, insurance
  • Candidates without experience but who possess strong communication skills, are quick learners, proactive, and goal-oriented will be trained.

Skills

  • Good understanding of the logistics industry, including regulations (import – export tax, Incoterms, international payment)
  • Excellent English communication skills, Chinese proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong voice, confident, good communication, and flexible in handling situations
  • Attitude: passionate about business, with a strong sales orientation. Hard-working, diligent, and motivated to increase income
