Export Sales Staff (Spanish and Portuguese
|

Sales
- Search, approach, and establish good relationships with foreign partners to expand the market through channels
- Receive purchasing needs from foreign partners
- Consult and negotiate with foreign partners on the need to import Hoa Sen products (prices, product specifications…), logistics requirements (transportation methods – receiving goods, import ports, delivery time…) as well as related contents (payment methods, payment time…)
- Report and feedback to superiors on the price situation to keep up with the general trend of the market
Customer care
- Regularly exchange, grasp, and respond to customer needs for Hoa Sen’s services and products
- Resolve problems in the purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality.
- Schedule receptions and guide tours of Hoa Sen factories when foreign customers work in Vietnam
Export Operations – Process
- Monitor production progress, delivery of export orders
- Support and communicate with other Departments/Offices in arranging and checking payment, insurance, and delivery of goods to ensure work progress
- Ensure accurate completion of Export-related operations in the Internal Information System (ERP)

Professional qualifications
- University degree or higher in foreign languages, or other related majors
- Candidates who have graduated from other majors but have knowledge of Import and Export
- Foreign languages: Good communication in English, Spanish, Portuguese
Skills and experience
- No experience is required, candidates will be trained from the beginning, and priority is given to candidates with long-term orientation in the export business sector
- Have good communication skills, negotiation, handling situations
- Proficient in office computers: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Purchasing Staff (English/Chinese)

- Receive requests for purchasing goods and services from units
- Search for suppliers that meet requirements, agree on commercial terms, and negotiate prices; Ensure product specifications meet the requirements of the proposing unit and optimize costs
- Analyze and propose to select suppliers and submit to leaders for approval according to the promulgation process
- Monitor price fluctuations of items, input materials, and factors affecting goods/services
- Organize and manage the list, evaluate suppliers
- Perform other requirements as assigned by the Head of the Unit

- University graduates majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Import-Export, or other related majors
- Candidates with no experience or less than 01 year of experience in the purchasing position
- Good communication skills in English/Chinese
- Have the skills to search for and survey reputable suppliers in the market
- Good negotiation skills
- Confident in communication, careful, meticulous in work
- Have a sense of responsibility, honesty, and the ability to withstand high pressure
- Skills in synthesizing information and proficient use of computers and office equipment

Training staff

Training work
- Analyze training needs and plan
- Monitor and organize training courses according to plans or arising under the direction
- Compile documents and review and edit documents to unify training content with the unit for training needs
- Prepare and implement training work
- Propose and improve current training solutions and tools
- Monitor post-training work, evaluate training, and prepare reports
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Human Resource Development work
- Plan to build, and evaluate KPIs periodically
- Monitor, update, and report on the implementation of plans as approved by Departments/Offices
- Synthesize, check and review assessment results of Department/Office staff
- Support recruitment work, and participate in organizing human resource development programs
- Exchange and cooperate with Colleges/Universities to build strategic human resource relationships
- Propose and develop human resource development policies through recruitment and training programs and internal engagement activities

- Male graduated from University or higher in Law, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related majors
- Priority is given to those with experience in Training, Training Management, etc.
- Ability to communicate and speak in front of a crowd
- Bright appearance, honest, confident, with a progressive spirit
- Proficient in office computer: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English
- Able to go on business trips when required
