Position: Operations Manager – Quantity: 01
Compensation: Up to 38,000,000 VND gross monthly salary, inclusive of variable KPI bonus (including 13th-month salary)

Responsibilities
P&L Management and Accountability
- Jointly accountable to achieve good financial performance of the center
Client Management and Customer Service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and center team to drive customer satisfaction and profitable, long-term growth for the company
- Promptly address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Operational excellence
- Provide leadership for the team to drive operational excellence
- Review operational performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to close any gaps, on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Deliver operating performance reports to management on monthly YTD basis
Class scheduling
- Plan, organize and manage class schedules to ensure optimal use of resources to deliver superior learning outcomes
- Coordinate with educators to ensure availability and proper assignment of classes
Talent Management and Development
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of educators and support staff
- Plan and manage staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage for all classes and activities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance work culture
Facility Management and Administration
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and maintain infrastructure quality and hygiene
- Manage resource allocation and inventory, including educational materials, office supplies, equipment, space usage, and IT resources
Working hours
- Standard hours are 10 am – 7pm, with flexibility to adjust to a 1pm – 9pm shift when required
- 06 working days per week, with 01 weekday off
Requirements
- 03 years or more of experience in operational, supervisory and administrative roles in the service industries such as hotel and tourism, but preferably in education
- Growth mindset, adaptable, flexible, energetic, with a positive can-do attitude
- Degree in any discipline
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with using and learning technology
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule
Position: Operations assistant cum Cashier – Quantity: 01
Compensation: Up to 12,000,000 VND gross monthly salary, inclusive of variable KPI bonus (including 13th-month salary)

Job summary: As Operations Assistant cum Cashier, your role is to support the Operation Manager with operational, administrative and cashier tasks to ensure team and customer satisfaction to grow the business profitably
Responsibility
Payment Processing and Record Keeping
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment transactions effectively and accurately
- Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Promptly address client’s payment-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain accurate record of daily transactions, reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare reports as requested to management
Class Scheduling
- Assisting in planning, organizing and managing class schedules to ensure optimal use of resources to deliver superior learning outcomes
- Coordinate with educators to ensure availability and proper assignment of classes
Manpower Planning
- Assist in planning and managing staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage for all classes and activities
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
Inventory & IT Management
- Assist in managing the inventory of educational materials, supplies, equipment, and IT resources to ensure all technology is functioning correctly and efficiently
- Coordinate the maintenance and repairs for IT equipment as needed
Working hours
- Standard hours are 10 am – 7pm, with flexibility to adjust to a 1pm – 9pm shift when required
- 06 working days per week, with 01 weekday off
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in cashier and operational roles in an educational setting will an advantage
