Established in 2014 and headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, our company specializes in the construction and development of real estate projects such as apartments, rental houses, and serviced housing. In the context of the need to expand and improve the quality of projects, we are looking for architectural design engineers to join the team at the new office in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture

Candidates will be responsible for designing reinforced concrete (RC) rental apartment buildings, wooden rental houses, and serviced housing for the elderly, using Autocad and JWCAD software. This is an excellent opportunity for you to not only demonstrate your creativity but also contribute to the development of the company in the Japanese market. Currently, 5 Vietnamese engineers under the Engineer in Japan program are working and actively contributing to the success of the projects

Job content

Carry out design work for rental apartment buildings made of reinforced concrete (RC), rental houses made of wood and serviced housing for the elderly

Use JWCAD to create contract drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) and other implementation drawings

Working hours

From 8:30 to 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)

Recruitment requirements

Engineer and bachelors graduated from universities in construction, architecture from 1990 or younger

No Japanese required for interview. After passing the interview, you will be able to participate in the intensive Japanese language scholarship program

Salary

220.000 yen++/month (excluding overtime)

Salary increase, bonus

Salary increase review: Once a year

Bonus: Twice a year

Holiday regime

Holidays: Sundays, national holidays, and Saturdays as prescribed (according to the company calendar). Total annual leave: 115 days

Allowances

Overtime support allowance, average overtime 20 – 40 hours/month

Housing: company dormitory. Electricity, water, gas: candidates pay themselves

Travel: the company supports 100% according to the company’s regulations
