Ton Duc Thang University organized the 2nd Job Fair in 2024
Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized the 2nd Job Fair in 2024 on December 6th, marking in the university’s commitment to linking students with potential employers and enhancing career opportunities.
The event was attended by distinguished guest, including Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU; Mr Tang Khac Quy, Director of the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni; along with leaders of units and representatives from partner enterprises.
Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, emphasizing the importance of the event in connecting students with potential employers and fostering industry partnerships.
Mr. Nguyen Vinh Loc, a representative from the Board of Directors of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam (Agribank) – Branch 5, also spoke at the ceremony.
As part of the ceremony, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy presented flowers and souvenirs to the gold and silver sponsors, acknowledging their significant contributions to the event.
Similarity, Mr. Tang Khac Quy, Director of the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni, presented flowers and souvenirs to the bronze sponsors, recognizing their valuable support.
Several TDTU units signed cooperation agreements with leading enterprises, paving the way for future collaborations in areas such as training, research, and technology transfer.
The job fair attracted over 5,000 students and featured nearly 60 booths from over 50 enterprises spanning various industries, including finance, banking, healthcare, interior design, business, tourism, communications, and information technology. At the ceremony, 50 scholarships, worth a total of 250 million VND, were awarded to students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance and overcame personal challenges.

In addition to offering job opportunities, the event facilitated several key partnerships.
On this occasion, the units under the School also signed cooperation agreements with prominent organizations and businesses such as TCL Smart Electronics Company Limited (Vietnam), CBRE Vietnam Company Limited, etc. These partnerships aim to expand opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and technology transfer, as well as to provide companion programs and scholarship sponsorships for learners
The seminar titled ”Connecting Businesses and Students in Current Recruitment Trends”
As part of the festival, the School also collaborated with businesses to organize the seminar titled ”Connecting Businesses and Students in Current Recruitment Trends”. This seminar offered valuable insights, helping students explore emerging recruitment trends and develop strategies to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
Thousands of TDTU students participated in the Job Fair, which is an annual event designed to connect employers with TDTU’s high-quality human resources. The Job Fair reflects the School’s commitment to training students who are disciplined, polite, professional, creative, and service-oriented. Through a combination of academic learning and practical experiences, TDTU students are nurtured to become highly skilled individuals who are well-prepared to serve both individuals and communities, contributing to society as a whole.
