Job Description
- Search for new potential customers that match the company’s strength through the company’s independent sales channels or sales
- Maintain existing customer relationships and increasingly expand development cooperation
- Draft marketing email content to send to potential customers and agents (in English, Vietnamese, or Chinese)
- Consult on optimal transportation options to suit specific customer needs
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers
- Coordinate closely with other members of the department to ensure the resolution of problems and questions and bring satisfaction to customers
- Update the logistics market situation, survey, seek opportunities, and develop and expand the market
- Complete personal KPI targets determined at the beginning of each year
- Report and manage business activities and customer care through support software FAST, CRM, BASE, and other channels or means
- Other tasks as required by the Department Head
Job requirements
- College/University degree, no experience required, or sales experience in any field is acceptable
- Passionate about sales, like to do sales
- Have communication, persuasion, and relationship/connection skills
- Confident, proactive, bold
- Ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems well
- Ability to work under high pressure, responsible for work
- Good Chinese

Working location
- HCM Office: Yuson Building, 273B Ton Dan, Ward 15, District 4, HCMC
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday morning (8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30)
