Job Description

• Search for new potential customers that match the company’s strength through the company’s independent sales channels or sales
• Maintain existing customer relationships and increasingly expand development cooperation
• Draft marketing email content to send to potential customers and agents (in English, Vietnamese, or Chinese)
• Consult on optimal transportation options to suit specific customer needs
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers
• Coordinate closely with other members of the department to ensure the resolution of problems and questions and bring satisfaction to customers
• Update the logistics market situation, survey, seek opportunities, and develop and expand the market
• Complete personal KPI targets determined at the beginning of each year
• Report and manage business activities and customer care through support software FAST, CRM, BASE, and other channels or means
• Other tasks as required by the Department Head

Job requirements

• College/University degree, no experience required, or sales experience in any field is acceptable
• Passionate about sales, like to do sales
• Have communication, persuasion, and relationship/connection skills
• Confident, proactive, bold
• Ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems well
• Ability to work under high pressure, responsible for work
• Good Chinese

Working location

• HCM Office: Yuson Building, 273B Ton Dan, Ward 15, District 4, HCMC
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday morning (8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30)
